excellent service
ample space separate sinks rainfall shower shuttle service
my stay was in an executive grand beautiful room indoor pool access only the room featured ample space i appreciated the cleanliness the bathroom had two separate sinks a rainfall shower was included the bed was comfortable and provided restful sleep the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions simplifying transportation it ran on schedule i also enjoyed the on-site dining options breakfast had a wide variety of choices
i experienced a slight delay during check-in it required a bit of extra time

iron availability waitlist delay
The hotel couldn't provide an iron when i requested one. i was told all irons were in use. This seemed unbelievable for a hotel charging those prices. they had expensive tvs. but not a basic iron. the staff said i was first on the waitlist, but it never arrived until 24 hours later. That delay was just annoying.
